Fashion World is committed to providing high-quality services, and we aim to ensure that our customers are satisfied with every transaction. This refund policy details when and how we provide refunds for digital content and other services purchased from us.

2. Digital Content and Subscriptions
2.1 Downloadable Digital Content
For content available in digital downloadable format (e-books, design templates, digital magazines, etc.), due to the nature of digital content, the following refund conditions apply:
- Before downloading or accessing the digital content, the full purchase amount is refundable.
- After downloading or accessing the digital content, a refund is only possible if the content is demonstrably faulty or significantly different from the description.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
2.2 Subscriptions
For subscriptions that provide access to premium content or services:
- Before activating the subscription, the full amount is refundable.
- After activating the subscription, we provide a prorated refund for the unused period if the service does not meet expectations or the description.
- For automatically renewing subscriptions, a refund can be requested within 7 days after renewal for the renewed period if the renewal was unintentional.
2.3 Online Courses and Webinars
The following refund conditions apply to online training programs, workshops, and webinars:
- Before the event or course starts, at least 7 days in advance, the full amount is refundable.
- Before the event or course starts, within 7 days, 50% of the paid amount is refundable.
- After the event or course has started, refunds are only possible in exceptional cases, based on individual assessment of the circumstances.
3. Consultation and Personalized Services
For personalized consultation and advisory services, the following refund conditions apply:
- Before the consultation or service, at least 48 hours in advance, the full amount is refundable.
- Before the consultation or service, less than 48 hours in advance, 50% of the paid amount is refundable.
- After the consultation or service, a refund is only possible if the service was demonstrably not provided or significantly differed from what was agreed upon.
4. Physical Products
Although we primarily offer digital content and services, for any physical products (printed publications, promotional items, etc.), the following refund conditions apply:
- Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, and the full purchase price will be refunded.
- The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except if the product is defective or does not match the description.
- Returned products must be in undamaged condition in their original packaging.
- For custom or personalized products, a refund is only possible if the product is defective or significantly differs from the order.
